Banquet dress: What's cly and what's trashy?

You should wear a nice, ruffly on up shirt that is preferably one of your school colors. Like if your colors are green and white, wear a green shirt. And then wear a black skirt with either black ballet flats or heels! And remember, it's always better to be too dressy than to not be dressy enough! Hope this helped! And have fun! (:
