What types of jobs are available to Geology majors?

I know that there are research and teaching fields, but is that all Geology consists of? I am also very interested in Psychology, but I decided to go with Geology because of better pay, and also a natural likeness for science, in this case, environmental science. For some reason I feel as though I should have stuck with Psychology, but i am not sure what there is available to psychology majors. I have heard that it mostly consists of people working for non profit organizations, and for some reason that deterred me a little bit. I want to do something, but unfortunately I do not want to have to worry too much about finance in my future so I would like a high paying job. There is more important things to worry about than money all the time.
