What happens when the woman in the new marriage is a doctor, but the man is not. For example, would it be Mr. & Dr. Smith? Or Dr. & Mr. Smith? I think it would be improper to leave off the doctor for the woman... but Mr. & Dr. sounds strange...? HELP!
