The intel P45SG SkyberG is the best of the lot. It supports the newest memory type as well as other good features. Discrete is when a part is standalone without integration with the motherboard. Intergrated is when a part is on the motherboard and not standalone. Form factor limits the size case that the board can be put into. A smaller form factor will allow smaller cases but may sacrifice features. A large form factor is limited to larger cases but may include more features.
