Yes - that's why Fox TV is trying to soften up the public for having their right to vote taken away, by claiming "America is not a Democracy" (blatantly ridiculous - a democracy is just a country you get to vote in, has nothing to do with the system of government), and Tea Party groups are RIGHT NOW lobbying to get the right to vote taken away for ALL PEOPLE in State elections (they want them appointed - BY WHOM????)
