Football Trade Question?

I was offered Brett Favre for Ryan Mathews and Carson Palmer. I was thinking this was close, and i would counter with Jahvid Best and Palmer for Favre, because Mathews is my #2 RB behind Adrian. My other QB is Eli Manning. Which deal should i do?
