Abut admission at Texas a&m?

I am a permanent resident.I have completed 1 year engineering india and my CPI is 7.9 out of 10.my SAT IS 1400(maths-600,reading-400,writing-400).… have applied at Texas a&m for petroleum engineering.what are my chances ??
