Can i get a co-signer like my dad, cousin, uncle to sign the affidavit of support for K-1 Visa?

I will be applying for my fiance's visa she is a Pakistani (female), she works at a mall, and i am a U.S citizen, and I am studying at a University and i work part time. We HAVE met in person, and held an engagement ceremony and have pictures and stuff. Can anyone tell me if i can get a co-signer for the affidavit of support? Cuz i hear the minimum is like $19,000 for the year....and since i work part time i dont think i can earn that. So help will be appreciated...thanks.
