Can a worker have me charged with disordley conduct while at work or does it have to be the place of business?

i was a a fast food resturaunt and i was not pleased with the service i said so i then left through the drive through the ladinside took down my plate number hrs later i was stopped by a state trooper who told me that they want to press charges does it have to be the business or can the worker do this herself?
