In looking at places to get money should big business and religion pay taxes?

Joel Osteen makes 75 million a year and helps no one but himself. He preaches a prosperity gospel in other words send me money and God will make you rich also. Not just him alone but others such as big gates and other billionaires who pay very little taxes. If each one paid their fair share of taxes would we be having these problems.
